When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you're interested in, your preferred meeting time and type, any notes you add, and your answers to the optional "Find my plan" questions.
We do not ask for bank account numbers, tax identification numbers or other financial account details through this website. Please don't include them in the booking notes.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, schedule and hold your consultation, prepare a proposal, and provide services you engage us for. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Booking requests are delivered to our inbox through a form-processing service. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Online payments, if offered, are processed by our payment provider on its own secure pages. These providers handle information only as needed to perform their services.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. It stores a small note in your browser so the "Find my plan" prompt only appears once. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Client financial records
Financial records shared with us as a client are handled under your engagement agreement, using trusted accounting software, secure cloud storage and strict internal access controls.
Retention and your choices
We keep consultation requests only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@phdbookkeepers.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
